There is movement to the balance when wound through the time of cataloguing, but it may not run consistently and could require service. There is a chip to the center of the dial and hairlines extending from the central arbor. The interior is stamped 27507 on the inside of both covers and 14480, which is repeated on the cuvette. The central enamel panels on both sides are intact with surface scuffs, though the blue enamel frame appears to be fully restored on the side with Venus and Cupid, and with some restoration to the reverse. At least one rose-cut diamond is missing from the front, and at least three appear to be chipped.
