A watch of superior quality in terms of decoration and weight. the calendar settings are working with the exception of the date which does not seem to advance, the watch is striking in phase, the movement is in going order but would probably benefit from a clean.case, insignificant losses to enamel flowers on either side, some minor oxidation to the blue enamel surround and one small chip this is located on the ring that has the motto. some scratches to the case, highly reccomend

the watch is in overall good condition, the enamelling is top quality and most likely can be attributed to Graff, the condition is very good with minor surface wear, the dial appears to be in good condition, no apparent hairlines, the reverse of the case crisply engraved, reflecting that the watch was kept well, movement is running and also in good order, although probably would benefit from cleaning..What is exceptionally interesting is the fact that the watch is stamped is made in the USA, it would appear that present piece was commissioned and is of the highest quality and possibly intended as a gift..Please note that the portrait has been identified as the 7th Nizam of Hyderabad, wearing his coronation robe in 1911.

The movement will run at the time of cataloguing however it stops after a short time, it is not winding correctly or repeating the right time and will require a full service. The dial is in good condition. Glazed over to the movement is lacking. The enamel to the case back has been restored and a layer of lacquer has been applied. The enamel to the cover is in good condition. There are some light surface scuffs to the gold of the case.
