Cartier necklace in yellow gold, in diamonds, and in lapis-lazuli, composed of one superb geometric pattern carefully set with of brilliant cut diamonds about 0.85 carat, holding one very elegant plate in lapis-lazuli in its center, enhanced of small patterns on the setting carefully set with an alternating of brilliant cut diamonds and of lapis-lazuli.
