Rare Mellerio 1950's brooch-pendant in yellow gold, diamonds, and ruby treated (glassfield), composed of one with godrons setting in yellow gold, decorated with one marquise cut ruby treated (glassfield), reinforced with brilliant cut diamonds about 0.59 carat.
