Superb Tiffany & Co Cobblestone pendant in platinium diamonds, and in sapphires, composed of one wonderful round hemstitched pendant in platinium carefully set with brilliant cut diamonds, decorated with very beautiful sapphires round cut weighting a total of in its center 2,50 carats, enhanced with brilliant cut diamonds a total of 0,94 carat, hold by one thin platinium chain.
