Description : The movement is running, however we recommend service and cleaning soon. The dial is clean and in nice condition, however under a loupe it appears as if it might have been cleaned and the signature might not be original. The case is in nice condition and lightly worn with light surface scuffs. The outside of the case is double stamped with French owl marks (for importation into France). The hinge appears to have been broken at some point and re-soldered back together. The bracelet is in very nice condition. The buckle of the bracelet is double stamped with eagle heads. Overall an unusual and nice watch..The Extract notes that the watch was originally sold on a cord bracelet. The present two-tone bracelet was likely supplied by the jeweler.
